Capago International has been the exclusive representative for the processing of Schengen visa applications on behalf of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in South Africa since 2010 in Kuwait since 2012 in Azerbaijan since 2017 in Bnin Togo Guinea Burkina Faso and Mali in 2018 and in Sierra Leone in 2021. Founded in 2010 we are currently 210 employees globally.

As part of our development we are looking to strengthen our Visa Application Department and are looking for an experienced Visa Application Officer who is looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and humanfocused company.

This position is to fulfil in : Baku Azerbaijan ;

You are fluent in French English and Russian (AZE).

SUMMARY

The mission of a Visa Application Officer is to realize all tasks required for the represented consulate(s) to process visa applications.

According to the department where he/she will be assigned the Visa Application Officer will have to welcome clients collect and and capture their data with all information related to them.

The visa application officer is the face of Capago. All applicants that he/she is handling must be treated by using the best practices of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Visa Application Officer you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center (reception);

• Process the visa application of the applicants (front office) ;

• Collect payments from the applicants (Payment counter) ;

• Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry) ;

• Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (back office) .

DIPLOMA & EXPERIENCE

You have a Matric or an equivalent diploma ;

You have 6 months experience in a a customer service sector.

HIERARCHIC REATTACHMENT

In terms of a hierarchy the Visa Application Officer will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and/or any other person stipulated by Capago Group General Management.
