We currently operate in 10 countries and welcome more than 250000 visa applicants each year.

SUMMARY

Start date will be 1st of February 2024 /resume needs to be submitted in English.

The mission of a Visa Application Officer is to realize all tasks required for the represented consulate(s) to process visa applications.

According to the department where he/she will be assigned the Visa Application Officer will have to welcome clients collect and and capture their data with all information related to them.

The visa application officer is the face of Capago. All applicants that he/she is handling must be treated by using the best practices of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Visa Application Officer you will be responsible for:

Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center (Reception desk) ;

Process the visa application of the applicants (Front Office desk) ;

Collect payments from the applicants (Payment Counter desk) ;

Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (Biometry desk) ;

Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (Back Office desk)

Manage all other tasks given by the management.

DIPLOMAS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree ;

2 years experience in the Customer Services field and in a similar position ;

Fluent in English

Fluent in Russian AZE would be a plus
