Job Summary:
Are you a talented video editor passionate about crafting beautiful wedding videos Were seeking a Wedding Video Editor (Traditional Video Editor) to join our creative services team. Your role will involve transforming raw wedding footage into captivating videos that preserve the essence and emotions of each special celebration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:
Review and select the best footage from multiple cameras to create cohesive wedding stories.
Utilize traditional video editing techniques to edit raw video footage producing polished highquality wedding videos.
Ensure smooth transitions color correction and audio synchronization.

2. Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with clients photographers and team members to understand the creative vision for each wedding project.
Incorporate client feedback into the editing process to meet their preferences.
Provide creative input to enhance the storytelling aspect of the videos.

3. Technical Proficiency:
Stay updated with video editing software and tools to maintain technical proficiency.
Efficiently manage and organize video assets and project files.
Address any technical issues that may arise during editing.

4. Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks to ensure that the final videos meet high visual and audio standards.
Continuously refine editing techniques to improve video production quality.

5. Project Management:
Manage multiple wedding video editing projects ensuring deadlines and project schedules are met.
Maintain clear project documentation to track progress and versions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a traditional video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing wedding video editing work (Minimum 2 years experience).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
Knowledge of best practices of audio software and audio storytelling.
Familiarity with color correction audio editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate client feedback.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours including evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines.
A deep appreciation for the significance of weddings and the ability to capture the emotional essence of these events through video editing.

Education:
A bachelors degree in film video production or a related field is preferred but equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
