We are seeking a dedicated and passionate VBSE (ValuesBased Social Education) Instructor to teach students from 3rd to 8th standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education particularly in valuesbased social education and a commitment to fostering positive character development and social awareness in young learners. This role requires creativity empathy and the ability to engage students in meaningful discussions and activities that promote ethical decisionmaking empathy respect and responsibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Social Work or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
   
2. Prior experience teaching or working with children in a classroom setting preferably in the field of social and emotional learning or valuesbased education.
   
3. Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
   
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students colleagues and parents.
   
5. Demonstrated commitment to promoting values such as kindness empathy respect responsibility and fairness.
   
6. Creative and innovative approach to teaching with the ability to develop engaging lessons and activities that capture students interest and foster critical thinking.
   
7. Patience flexibility and a sense of humor.
   
8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
   
9. Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms for delivering remote or blended learning experiences is a plus.
