UX Researcher

• Conduct indepth user research to gather insights and understand user needs behaviors and motivations.
• Plan and execute a variety of research methodologies such as interviews surveys usability testing and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and developers to integrate user research into the product development process.
• Advocate for the user by effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design process by creating wireframes prototypes and design concepts as needed.

• 35 years of experience in UX research preferably in IT product or IT services companies.
• Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research projects and their impact on product development.
• Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for usercentered design and continuous learning
