UX Designer

Role:

• Work with the Product and Engineering Managers and take primary responsibility in conceptualizing and developing the user journey for the referral program.
• Design and deliver highquality mockups and prototypes for website and app development ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Work with team to conduct user research to gather first hand user insights.
• Utilize user feedback and data to inform and iterate on design choices.
• Maintain a usercentered design approach advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the product development process.

Essential requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design specifically with customerfacing digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of creating effective usercentered design solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
• A critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Experience with user experience research and automotive industry is a plus.
• Design experience with referral programs or loyalty programs is a plus.
