Job Description:

  • Spearhead Talent Acquisition efforts by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Lead and supervise the ongoing team and communicate clear expectations, provide the necessary support for team members to deliver their best performance, cultivate strong teamwork and a workplace culture that is consistent with the companys values and direction
  • Help team members develop their maximum potential by doing group/individual coaching sessions and identifying areas of improvement
  • Source, phone- screen and deliver qualified candidates, as per the given requirements, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop a pipeline of highly qualified local talent in key targeted areas to support technology solutions.
  • Develop strong rapport with the Account Managers, Resource Managers, and recruitment team; work along with them to ensure timely and quality resource fulfillment.
  • Plan & prioritize requirements & publish status update/reports on a periodic basis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the companys Internal Processes
  • Cultivate company culture that will encourage leading talent to join our team


Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • 4-6 yrs of recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment focusing on US-based IT roles
  • Experience in leading a recruitment team for at least 2 years
  • Strong command of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels.
  • Must have strong knowledge on job boards like Dice & Monster
  • Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations.
  • Should be familiar with IT resource market of North America region.
  • Ability to establish networking through social media such as LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication & client interaction skills
  • Experience in advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory
  • Able to work a US PSC Shift (7pm - 4AM SA Time), in office.
