Job Summary

Customer is a Recruiting tech platform that deploys 4000 Recruiting Agencies to cater key positions in 27 countries including USA Europe Africa Southeast Asia and Japan.

They are looking for a UI cum Graphics Designer to work in their Bangalore Office 3days a week and 2days from home.

Job Responsibilities

Create new or adapt existing user flows wireframes prototypes and detailed design mockups to communicate product enhancements.

Consider the context and overall user flow in all designs as well as any engineering constraints that may influence implementation.

Collaborate with Product Managers Engineering Team Members Designers and Company Stakeholders to create designed solutions.

Design for web and mobile solutions taking into account responsive design considerations and focusing on mobilefirst for our respondent user groups.

Participate and observe in user research when appropriate for larger longterm projects.

Inform artifacts and designs using iterative design research techniques including quantitative surveys customer interviews and other forms of requirements discovery.

Provide guidance through documentation artifacts and conversations for multiple teams.

Directions should be clear and be written with engineering team members in mind as the audience enabling them to efficiently execute designs.

Follow brand design guidelines best practices and standards including our design systems and specified components.

Create in a fastpaced work environment through independent selfdirection that prioritizes team collaboration and communication.

Strong knowledge of interaction design processes and techniques particularly as applied to desktop & mobile products.

Demonstrates a desire for continual learning and personal development.

Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.

You have a genuine curiosity the ability to learn and an open mind to experiment with various tools

Essential Skills

B.Des in any of the following: Interaction Design Experience Design Graphic Design Visual Design and/or related fields.

Figma experience

1.5 2 years in UI Graphic design

Candidate should be willing to do both UI and graphic designing.

Video editing experience is a plus

Work from office 3 days a week

Background Check required
