Turkish Speaking Client Support Specialist

This role entails closely collaborating with customers to address any inquiries they may have regarding incentive programs including calculations payments disbursements and other related matters.

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage and communicate with esteemed client partners.

• Offer comprehensive assistance to client partners regarding incentive programs via email.

• Address and resolve inquiries from partners and subsidiaries regarding various aspects of the incentive programs such as calculation payment and disbursement.

• Enroll and onboard partners into the client ecosystem based on predetermined eligibility criteria.

• Manage the entire payment process including calculating incentive earnings processing claims and conducting reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills in both English and Turkish at a B2 level

• Keen interest and aptitude for rapidly grasping hightech products and services

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills

• Solid numerical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in composing professional emails

• Demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborative team player capable of working with various stakeholders

• Effective client relationship management and customer service abilities

• Readiness to work from an office setting
