Travel RN - ICUMed Surg Huron

Prosperity Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU/Med Surg position in Huron SD.

Job Title: RN ICU/Med Surg
Location: Huron SD
Position Type: Contract
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Shifts: 12hour shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Mostly nights with occasional days. If nights three 12hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am; every third weekend.
Weekly Earnings: $2200 $2500

Required Skills and Minimum Years of Experience:

• ICU background primarily composed of general medical and surgical patients with occasional orthopedic cases
• Proficiency in managing cardiac drips vasopressor drips and nitro drips
• Experience with ventilator management and major surgical cases
• Knowledge of elderly care with multiple comorbidities
• Pediatric care experience would be advantageous
• Competence in caring for epidural patients and performing cardioversion with conscious sedation

Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• ENPC or PALS certification
• SD or Compact Licensing
• 2 years of experience in ICU
• ER experience
