Amazing Vacationz is looking for hard working, energetic and ambitious individuals to train as Travel Advisors. Our company focuses on creating exciting one-of-a-kind vacation packages to fulfill our client's dreams and wishes for their vacation travel. Our team provides all the support that you will need to learn about the travel industry. Do you want to gain understanding about interesting destinations? Do you want to travel the world on travel agent rates? Then we are looking for you. We work with the top vendors getting the best packages and deals we can for our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must cultivate relationships with a variety of customers and their multi-faceted leisure travel plans, understand their wants, anticipate their needs. and determine the best products to match their vacation desires and travel style.
• A successful person must be able to research destinations, fares, hotels, flights, rental car services, suppliers, and be able to effectively and efficiently multi-task.
• Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers.
• Book transportation, collect payments and preserve client files.
• Maintain contact with clients before, during and after the vacation to deal with occurring travel problems, concerns, or changes.
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to sell retail travel, handle customer inquiries, and complete associated paperwork offering exceptional service
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage timelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
• Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
• Must have computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with reliable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
• Must be a self-starter, goal-driven, and business minded.
