We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our investor base primarily focusing on raising capital for our investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in investor relations with experience in raising funds preferably in the US market. However candidates with experience in Latin America or Europe will also be considered provided they exhibit exceptional English proficiency and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand our investor network targeting individuals such as tech professionals lawyers family offices and private equity firms.
Conduct outreach to potential investors via email LinkedIn and other platforms engaging in meaningful conversations to convey our investment opportunities.
Schedule and facilitate meetings between potential investors and fund partners effectively presenting our company and investment offerings.
Collaborate with team members to create compelling presentations and messaging materials to articulate our investment thesis and value proposition.
Maintain accurate records of investor communications and interactions using Excel Outlook LinkedIn SalesNav Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Continuously assess and optimize outreach strategies to maximize investor interest and engagement.
Requirements:
Excellent English & communication skills youll communicate with native English speakers in the US so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.
23 years of experience in investor relations fundraising or a related field preferred.
Ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with investors demonstrating a personable and engaging demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and familiarity with CRM tools such as LinkedIn SalesNav and Apollo.
Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets and goals.
Flexibility to work in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones.
Ability to wear multiple hats willing to help the team grow faster.
Nicetohave skills:
Experience in creating pitch decks presentations or any other investmentrelated documents.
Experience with sales or fundraising in the US market is highly desirable.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field preferred.
Working hours:
Youll need to adjust your schedule to overlap with the team from 9 am to 6 pm EST every day (check the time difference via the link). The role may require frequent communication with USbased investors so you should be comfortable working within US time zones.
