Responsibilities:

• Lead the design installation and maintenance of thermal insulation systems for industrial projects.
• Analyze blueprints and technical specifications to determine insulation requirements and select appropriate materials.
• Oversee the application of insulation to pipes ducts equipment and structures ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Manage insulation customization including cutting shaping and fitting utilizing hand and power tools.
• Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of insulation materials to optimize performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold insulation integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervise a team of thermal insulation engineers and technicians providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure timely project completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities including materials used and work performed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Thermal Engineering or related field preferred.
• 610 Years Of Experience.
• Proven experience in thermal insulation engineering or a related role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Indepth knowledge of insulation materials techniques and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
