Tender Writer

Link4 is a world class eInvocing provider that is expanding globally. We are seeking an experienced Tender Writer to manage and respond to RFX processes.

• Research and analysis: Indepth research is needed to ensure that the response is not only accurate but also offers a competitive edge.
  

• Liaising and extracting information: coordinating with key stakeholders to collate the information required including sales marketing the development team support and finance.
  Developing a value proposition: Create a winning narrative to ensure our response gets the attention it deserves.
• Writing and refining the response: Make every word count directly and concisely answering questions whilst demonstrating how we do things better than anyone else.
  
• Time and deadline management: manage the whole process from start to finish and keep the team informed along the way.
  Professional presentation: They will also ensure that it is formatted correctly making it easy to see that you have addressed all the project requirements. Adding graphic elements as required.
  Quality assurance: Before submission complete a rigorous quality check to ensure the bid is errorfree meets the evaluation criteria and all the necessary attachments are in place.
  

Requirements

Is this role right for you

Link4 and this role are an ideal match if you:

• Have prior experience (3 years) in writing bids and proposals for companies preferably in the IT industry with technical content ideally bidding for corporate and government work
  

• Demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic thinking in order to identify key differentiators and develop winning proposal strategies
  

• Possess strong IT fluency (industry knowledge of eInvoicing or process automation would be advantageous)
  

• Have a collaborative mindset with excellent influencing communication and project management skills
  

• Have excellent attention to detail with meticulous grammar and proofreading skills
  

• Holding a degree (Business Marketing or IT) and a postgraduate degree in writing or journalism would be advantageous
  

• Can work from the Colombo office 3 days a week
