What youll need:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in O365 Active Directory Bitlocker MS Teams troubleshooting and driver installation.
- Ticketing Tools: Experience with ServiceNow Remedy Control M or similar applications.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain technical issues.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment (including days and nights).
What youll do:
- Be the friendly voice behind the scenes helping people with their computer woes.
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Office email logins and more.
- Fix those dreaded Blue Screens of Death (BSODs).
- Use your detective skills to figure out whats wrong and explain it clearly to others.
- Work with ticketing systems to keep track of issues and ensure they get resolved quickly.
