As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including crafting job descriptions conducting job postings CV screenings interviews and technical evaluations. Attention to detail is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write comprehensive job descriptions and post them across various platforms.
• Screen CVs meticulously to identify candidates who meet our requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and technical evaluations to assess candidates suitability.
• Maintain a positive attitude while adhering to daily process quality and CV submission targets.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple requirements concurrently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of relevant profiles by the end of each day.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Excellent understanding of current technology trends.
2. Background in consulting staffing or a related industry.
3. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
4. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
