Tasks

• Technical product advice and problem solving of customer enquiries via mail and telephone
• Quotation and order preparation
• Maintenance of customer data
• Independent creation of product information, training documents and FAQs

Requirements

• Professional communication skills in written and spoken German
• Completed technical vocational training
• Knowledge in self-sufficient power supply and battery products are an advantage
• Technical affinity and passion for battery products
• Customer focus and enthusiasm
• Personal responsibility and ability to work in an international team
• Interest in the internet as a medium
