Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep requires:

Technical or mechanical aptitude/Handson experience preferred

Strong oral and written communication skills are essential

Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary

Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and webbased programs

Good home internet connection
