As our Technical Director you will be at the forefront of technical leadership responsible for team building vision development and overseeing the transition to Unreal Engine. You will also play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders collaborating with various creative teams and resolving technical challenges to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit mentor and manage a skilled technical team promoting collaboration and innovation fostering a cohesive and highperforming team culture.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the tech team particularly during the transition to Unreal Engine.
• Support change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new technologies.
• Participate in crossgroup workstreams to facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with all other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical elements into the overall game development
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to support the tech department in achieving project goals by offering technical guidance and support as needed.
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap together with the HQ.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as Technical Director in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the Unreal Engine (version 4 and/or 5) with several shipped multi platform console and PC games.
• Extensive game development experience in both engineering and technical leadership roles encompassing technical and creative aspects of game production.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and inspire teams.
• A solid background in the production of AA/AAA games including experience with shipping console and PC games.
• Advanced and proven professional C programming skills with a deep understanding of software design practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including clientfacing abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills and a collaborative team player.
