Technical Coordinator Facility Management

Currently we are looking for a Technical Coordinator/Facility management to manage our Brand presence in Romania a person who wants to be part of an exceptional team. We are looking for a talent with unique experience and passion for work.

Responsibilities:

• Taking active part in coordinating shop opening process.
• Dealing and liaising with the Mall representatives from the architectural and technical perspective
• Planning and executing action plans for the shops openings in order to achieve planned opening date.
• Managing relations with Fit Out company creating timeline schedules and calendar in order to achieve defined opening date.
• Direct cooperation with architects defined furniture company and as well fit out suppliers.
• Controlling and executing an action plan for shop openings starting from brand concept into the unit handout to the retail team.
• Cooperating with Technical Managers in order to respect the Property Condition Standards (furniture flooring lights walls sprinklers fire prevention health and safety
• In charge of planning executing and managing construction activities ensuring adherence to safety quality and schedule objectives.
• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and review construction plans schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permits.
• Act as a liaison between the project team stakeholders and authorities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator in a retail environment.
• Ability to read technical and architectural projects.
• Proven experience in defining fit out needs and benchmarking on the scope of work.
• Good knowledge of technical language and experience in understanding technical projects and architectural drawings.
• Ability to manage couple of opening in the same time.
• Ability to manage a fastpaced environment and make rapid decisions under pressure.
• Ability to travel .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office literacy
• English and / or Spanish language proficiency.
