Tech Ops Engineer Fresher

• B.E./ B.Tech in any specialization

• Ability to quickly grasp the problem statement and come up with multiple/ viable solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a cross functional team.
• Effectively anchor day to day troubleshooting via voice/ video calls.
• Maximize serviceability of machines deployed across geographical Business Units through logical prioritization.
• Coordinate with service engineers and plan accordingly to provide telephonic assistance for demo deployment and L2 services.
• Follow strict TAT with the help of predefined SOPs with respect to ticket closures.
• Daily brief to the line manager with respect to pending faults planning spares dispatch and assistance required if any.
• Keep pushing to perform better and set new benchmarks.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to enhance system functionality and performance under the guidance of line manager.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct indepth quality control checks on finished goods before delivery.
• Maintain a ledger of spare parts and components dispatch across the countries and overseas.

• Qualification in Electronics Engineering from a recognized college/ university.
• Immaculate Englishspeaking and written communication skills.
• Adaptability: Thrives in fastpaced environments embraces challenges with a positive mindset.
• Willingness to develop excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a collaborative environment.
