Tasks

• Handson software development: improve our current application or rebuild our tech with the tool stack of your choice to shape the perfect product
• Lead technology roadmap to enhance the SQUAKE platform for evolving customer needs
• Manage the entire technical product lifecycle from conception to delivery ensuring seamless customer experience
• Oversee technological infrastructure optimizing processes for efficiency
• Utilize expertise in automation to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven track record in a leadership position in a high growth startup assembling highperforming tech teams
• Experience on greenfield products and strong handson technical ability to execute product iterations
• Readiness to work with ambiguity in a high paced and fast changing environment
• Excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholder
• Fluency in English and Located in Berlin or the willingness to relocate to Berlin
• Experience as a Senior / Lead Engineer in Big Tech ScaleUps or related companies is a big plus
