Talent Acquisition Asst

Duties: Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides clerical support for the department.Essential Job Functions:Under the direction of the Recruiter may perform the following:Posting jobs on ATS ensuring accurate job descriptions being used.Perform preliminary screening on candidates in ATS.Send talent assessments where applicable.Updates status of applicant in ATS.Schedules candidates for the Recruiter interview.Schedules candidates with hiring managers as needed.Ensures file ready to be sent to Onboarding Coordinator for hiring.Sources new candidates for the Recruiter as needed.Lifts a minimum of 5 lbs. pushes and pulls a minimum of 5 lbs and stands a minimum of 1 hour a day.Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Centers Organizational Competencies.

Skills: Required Skills & Experience:Proficiency in computer skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience with applicant tracking systems and People Soft a plus.

Education: Required Education:High School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Education:Bachelor degree preferred.Required Certifications & Licensure:N/APreferred Certifications & Licensure:N/A
