Gentis Solutions is looking for entry-level personnel to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidates have experience in customer facing roles such as inside sales, customer support, retail,or technical support. Requirements

- No-Fear communications on the phone, in video conferences, or in-person
- Exceptional Organizational Skills and Time Management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Public-facing roles
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or STEM fields
Typical Duties
- Conducting searches for talented people matching our current needs using online websites, search strings, and internal database
- Posting opportunities to Social Media and interacting with responses to the same
- 'First Contact/Impression' of applicants, profile gathering, and initial assessments of potential employees and contractors
- ATS and CRM system updates
