Job Summary:

A client of ours in Norfolk VA is looking for a Systems Analyst for a Contract on W2 opportunity.

Mandatory Skills & Areas:

7 years experience as a Systems Analyst in Facets application

Facets Billing module experience

Knowledge of Healthcare enrollment and financial transactions such as HIPAA/271 processes and EDI systems

Good SQL skills

Domain Experience (If any ) Good to have healthcare experience

Description:

looking for a Systems Analyst to work for one of the leading health insurers in US.

The ideal candidate must have experience as Systems Analyst in Facets application preferable in billing modules.

The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

Responsibilities:

As a Systems Analyst you will

Review system specifications

Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate business requirements to IT specifications

Collaborate with the team to develop effective development and testing strategies

Analyze test execution results to confirm that the application changes meet the business requirements

Demo application changes to business users

Track defects and ensure that the application changes are bug free before production release

Help troubleshoot & replicate issues

Collaborate with various testing teams during regression test SIT and UAT

Document the application changes and ensure all artifacts are handed over to the operations team after release

Familiarity with Agile frameworks

Work in an Agile environment

Requirements:

7 years experience as a Systems Analyst in Facets application

Facets Billing module experience

Knowledge of Healthcare enrollment and financial transactions such as HIPAA/271 processes and EDI systems

Hands on experience with preparing functional and technical design documents reviewing test cases and test results

Should possess good SQL skills

Should be able to independently create test cases and relevant test data based on user stories

Good team player with excellent communication skills and proactive behavior

Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced

Minimum 10 years of Systems Analyst Experience.

Education: Bachelors (required)

Job Type: Contract on W2

Location: Preferred location is Norfolk VA
