Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and tracking stock movement
• Support procurement activities by liaising with vendors and managing purchase orders
• Participate in analyzing supply chain data and generating reports
• Help optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency
• Contribute to logistics and transportation planning
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Assist in maintaining accurate supply chain documentation and records
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
• Support the implementation of supply chain policies and best practices
• Assist in resolving supply chain issues and discrepancies
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain function
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand supply needs and requirements
• Assist in supplier relationship management and performance evaluation
• Contribute to ad hoc supply chain projects and tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles and concepts
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with supply chain software is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fastpaced environment
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Desire to gain practical experience in supply chain management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility
• Understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
• Knowledge of inventory control and materials management
• Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
