The role

The supply team sources premium publishers to deliver our digital video campaigns. We offer video solutions that provide publishers with more inventory and relevant content to help increase their site performance. As a co-publisher, ShowHeroes works closely with publishers to gather learnings and share insights to ensure we re constantly developing meaningful partnerships.

Internally, the supply team work closely with other departments, particularly Sales and Operations. The team play a pivotal role in campaign delivery, so communication, motivation and a can-do attitude are essential.

The Account Manager is responsible for partnerships with a group of publishers that ShowHeroes have already established agreements with. You will develop your own relationships with them, support with the technical onboarding communicating regularly, giving and receiving regular updates about performance indicators , business changes, communicating requests for specific bookings and troubleshooting integration issues.

Tasks

• Supporting the supply team with day-to-day duties

• Update and regularly maintain the supply tracker with updates and changes relating to your publishers

• Responsible for the onboarding and management of supply, troubleshooting issues as they arise

• Daily supply health checks (schain, GDPR, CMP etc) - analysing and organising data into a digestible format

• Produce and present quarterly business reviews to key publishers

• Support communications between internal operations team and your publishers, ensuring smooth, quick response times and managing expectations

• Supporting other internal teams

• Suggest new video content topics to the production team to produce in line with publisher requirements

• Support the sales team with site list requests

• Regularly communicate with the Supply Ops team throughout onboarding and optimising of your assigned publishers

• Support the marketing team with the content required to produce the monthly supply newsletter

• Communicate with the supply teams in other markets, sharing learnings about your accounts and making suggestions to optimise

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in digital media operations or account management
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and VAST/VPAID preferred
• Willingness to take responsibility, prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines and manage expectations
• Naturally high conscientiousness, ambition and proactiveness
• Conceptual skills and distinct capacity for logical thought
• Strong attention to detail and confident filtering, pivoting and analysing data
• Efficiency and organisational skills
• Strong communication written and verbal
• Strong people skills to develop productive relationships with clients and colleagues
