Nofence is a Norwegian scale up who has built the worlds first virtual fencing solution for livestock.Ourcuttingedge virtual fencing system utilizes advanced GPS technology and intelligent collars to replace traditional physical barriers.

About the role
As Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy and corporate development function of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently. Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives that will contribute to the longterm success of the company.
The strategy manager role will be multifaceted and is likely to include:
Crossfunctional collaboration to develop and implement strategic plans.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on datadriven analysis.
Developing financial models and business cases to evaluate investments and strategic initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating existing strategies recommending optimizations as needed.
Leading strategic projects from conception to execution ensuring timely delivery and success.
About you
The right candidate is preferred to have the following qualifications:
Higher education within relevant field (Masters degree preferred).
At least 25 years of work experience from consulting and/or business development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Strategic mindset with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
Fluent English oral and written communication skills. Our working language is English.

Managing livestock has always been a challenge. Humanity has tried everything from herding with dogs to walling the animals in with barbed wire electric and wooden fences but these are costly and timeconsuming solutions and often in conflict with the local wildlife. It has also left vast areas of potential pasture overgrown and underutilized.

This position will be located at our Oslo office and we expect the candidate to work mostly from the office but there will be room for flexibility to work fromhome fromtime to time.
