Youll be a people focussed and confident leader with spirit and passion in line with our products people and values to drive the team both operationally and commercially.

Tasks

• Oversee daytoday operations of our platform.
• Manage product listings ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions.
• Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Ensure a seamless and userfriendly online shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and optimize ecommerce best practices to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technology.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive online sales and meet targets.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
