Overview:
The Store Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of the store. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service maintaining a clean and organized store environment and supporting the store manager in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Warehouse material inward and outward
2) Item delivery from warehouse to villas
3) Items picking from inventory and packaging as per villa requirement
4) Updating inventory in Tranzact Petpooja
5) Warehouse audit
Graduation is preferable
Good English and Hindi communication
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
