We are hiring Staff Nurse Memory unit for one of the best Nursing Home in Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and place a strong importance on social physical and mental stimulation. They deliver exceptional experiences with a range of leisure activities and external excursions tailored around their resident s interests and needs. It is their mission to ensure that residents feel valued and loved.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highquality nursing care to people living with dementia including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care plans.
- Delivering highquality compassionate nursing care to patients ensuring their physical emotional and psychological needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals including physicians therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities with a focus on personcentred care.
- Flexibility adaptability and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities in dementia care.
- The Staff Nurse will assess plan implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the nursing home.
Requirements
- Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
- Minimum of 2years of experience in nursing preferably in a dementia care setting.
- Evidence of further professional development such as advanced certifications or specialized training in dementia care
