i) Responsible for managing the NPI program ii)Involving crossfunctional teams for timely/quality delivery of products to customers.
iii) Customer satisfaction & First time right NPI record with customer
iv)Generating Engineering documentation PCPPHR FMEA Process documents and guide the execution team for NPI build execution
v)NPI build execution Performing FAI activities and Configuration Management
vi)Works with production and quality team for delivery quality to drive customer satisfactions
vii)RFQ ProcessingEnsure that the Costing team is provided with list of NRE related to the product Also mention special/ new processes if any
viii)Establish seamless transition from from Design through Prototype to Pilot and into Production Operator training for unique process(es)
ix)Jigs & Fixtures Development Ensure the production team is provided with required Jigs & Fixtures
X)To train operators on any specific Product requirements
Requirements
Experience in NPI and Product Engineering
Process knowledge
Knowledge on ECN implementation
Experience : 15 + Customer Demand Analysis, Demand Water Fall preparation Material Constraint Analysis , What if scenario simulation , Impact Analysis Work Creation , Material Feeding , WO monitoring and completion Cumulative Lead Time (CMLT)/ Replenishment Lead Time (RLT) simulation updation Excess and Obsolescence Analysis ana Reporting CTB , Clear to Build Report preparation and reporting Expiration Management of Shelf Life parts ECN Management, Implementation Rapid REsponse Tool utilization CFT participation, Customer Call attending - Updation of Material status Co ordination with Program Management Shoratage List preparation and updation
