We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to
join our clients innovative team. As a Senior Electronics Engineer you
will play a pivotal role in the design and development of complex
electrical hardware systems. If you possess a strong background in CAD
design leadership skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of
technology we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the design and development of complex
electrical hardware systems including schematic capture component
selection and PCB layout.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and refine system
architecture ensuring alignment with product requirements and
objectives.

Develop and oversee the creation of prototypes to validate and
iterate upon design concepts.

Establish comprehensive testing procedures and protocols to verify
the functionality performance and safety of hardware systems.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers fostering
a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Create and maintain detailed design documentation including
schematics BOMs and test plans.

Ensure that hardware designs meet all relevant industry standards
and regulations.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software
engineers firmware engineers and project managers to drive
successful project outcomes.

Identify and address technical challenges troubleshoot issues and
implement effective solutions.



Qualifications:

Proven management and leadership experience.

Strong background in CAD design of circuits modules and
processors.

Design experience involving A/D D/A and microcontrollers.

Experience in writing scheduling and cost estimating proposals.

Aircraft interface experience.

Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent work
experience.

Experience Desired:

Experience with military environment commercial aircraft military
aircraft ground vehicles or support equipment.

FPGA experience.
