As an Automation Service Engineer at INGSOL you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration programming and maintenance of automation systems architecture with a primary focus on Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms. With 34 years of relevant experience you will bring your expertise in PLC and Drives programming to contribute to the success of our automation projects.
Requirements
Handson experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley automation systems.
Proficiency in PLC and Drives programming.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
System Design:
1. Understand client/project requirements and develop efficient automation system architecture
2. Evaluate equipment and components and select efficient and optimal components.
Programming:
1. Proficient in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Phoenix Contact/ Siemens / Allen Bradley
2. Proficient in Fieldbus Protocols like Modbus Modbus TCP Ethernet IP. Profinet etc.
3. Proficient in Drives programming ABB / Siemens / Delta
4. Proficient in HMI and SCADA design Phoenix Contact / Ignition
5. Remote access communication systems for networking. Open vpn/ Vpn tunnel
OnSite and Remote Support:
Undertake onsite service visits and also provide remote support to clients as needed.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
Communicate effectively with clients understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects including programming code troubleshooting steps and system configurations.

8. Six months appraisal cycle
Bachelor's or Master s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) with MBA will be preferred. 2-5 years of experience in procurement or a related role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
