Job Summary: As the Head of Accounting you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management accounting operations and reporting within Ajmera Infotech. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy compliance with regulations and strategic financial planning to support the companys growth and success.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide financial forecasts and projections to support decisionmaking.
Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
Cash Management: Manage cash flow monitor banking activities and optimize cash positions. Implement effective cash management strategies to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis variance analysis and performance metrics tracking. Identify areas for cost optimization revenue enhancement and efficiency improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team providing guidance training and support. Foster a culture of accountability professionalism and continuous improvement within the finance department.
Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and optimize financial systems processes and controls. Implement best practices to streamline workflows enhance accuracy and mitigate risks.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights risk assessments and recommendations. Collaborate with executive management on longterm financial goals and strategies.
