The Baloise BI landscape is currently in full development and for that we are looking for a SQL developer (M/F) with insurance knowledge to join our team.

Initially, you will work on the IFRS project.

Business works together in an agile team with analysts and developers to deliver business in an iterative way. Insurance knowledge is important here.

In the role of SQL Developer you are responsible for the E2E implementation of the BI requirements.

? Working closely with application architect to realize the best solutions in every context

? Translating the supplied analysis into a qualitative development ? taking into account predetermined guidelines on quality, best practices, budget & scope

? Strictly follow the design and development guidelines and, if necessary, also challenge them

? Writing maintainable components and code, and documenting them

? Thinking along and proposing improvements to existing solutions

? Monitoring the feasibility of technical solutions

? Good knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server integration services) Microsoft stack

? Experience with ETL processes

? Power BI (in the cloud) is a plus
