Specialist Compliance / EMIR MiFID II

Tasks

Monitoring relevant regulatory obligations such as EMIR and MiFID II / Establishing a control framework / Carrying out controls as a 2nd line of defense / Making sure the adherence of laws and regulations applicable / Responsible for relevant risk analysis including risk based control framework / Responsible for the remediation of identified weaknesses / Point of contact for the business on compliance issues / Responsible for reports for the Senior Management and the Authorities / Responsible for trainings and employee information.

Requirements

Master or Bachelor in economics law or finance or in a relevant field of expertise / Experience in compliance and banking issues / Good understanding of financial market infrastructure activities / Sound knowledge of relevant regulations especially EMIR and MiFID II / Dealing with regulatory requirements for derivatives especially / Ability to communicate and negotiate clearly / Dedication and motivation / Skilled in German and English.
