Registered Nurse (RN) - Psych - $41/hr Plus Up to $20k in Bonuses
Cambridge, Massachusetts
The role of a Psych RN is to provide quality patient care according to the standards of nursing practice and the role expectations of the patient care unit, including administration of medications and RN must demonstrate ability to respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies in a prompt, precise and professional manner and be able to work in collaboration with nurse manager to provide comprehensive, cost effective care and to support a problem solving approach to
Compensation and Benefits
- $ per hour (based on 3 years of experience) & shift differentials available
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus offered (if candidate has 2 years of recent Psych experience)
- Up to $10,000 Retention Bonus after 2 years of continuous service

Schedule
- Rotating: Days (7:00AM - 3:00PM), Nights (11:00PM - 7:00AM); 32 hours weekly (up to 36 hours)
Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or within 1 year from date of hire
- BLS
- At least 1 year of previous mental health experience in a locked unit
