Requirements

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited institution.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in analyzing IT systems for cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  

• Proficiency in IT system or network architecture design IP data flow analysis encryption configuration and vulnerability analysis.
  

• Experience with cyber security vulnerability assessment in devices such as firewalls routers switches VPNs or Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems.
  

• Familiarity with communication protocols (IP TCP UDP HTTP HTTPS MPLS OSPF IGRP BGP SIP H.232).
  

• Knowledge in multiple OSs (Windows Linux OSX) and specific Microsoft Windows versions.
  

• Understanding cloud computing technology and hypervisors (HyperV VMWare ESX Virtual Box).
  

• Demonstrated ability in network management systems storage backup systems and DR architectures.
  

• Proficiency in technical risk assessments and mitigation guidance.
  

• CISSP Certification is required.
  

Software Development Skills:

• Experience with frontend web development tools (Node NPN).
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and Node NPM.
  

• Familiarity with RESTful interfaces and developing applications hosted on Linux/Unix with Apache server.
