Social Media Manager or Sr. Manager

Must have experience within a high growth CPG brand (skincare cosmetics beauty etc.)!
Reporting to the VP Marketing the Social Media Manager will be responsible for continuing to build off the followers of several social networks.

Manage a small and growing team as well as the entire strategy across all platforms.

Work with the team creating exciting edging and progressive content that resignates with the brand.

Ability to lead a team for live content especially on tik tok!

Someone that is okay with being in and around as part of the actual content.
Repurpose current content.
Work with Ads Manager photographers and editors to ensure quality of content and help buid on the strategy.
Readily available for events as well as key initiatives around comments responses inquiries as it pertains to social media channels.
Bonus if capable: Act as community manager and start to think about how to build an influencer category

This person will have a lot of creative freedom. Should want to be physically and actively involved in the day to day of creating amazing content.

LA based (Hybrid) The marketing team meets once a week (flexible)
