Social Media & Influencer Manager (m/f/d)

FreewayCamper is a young startup from Munich, which has set itself the goal of driving the digitalization of the camping market. Currently we are concentrating on the smart digital rental of a wide range of different campers and additional services with focus on the individual needs of our customers and a first-class service. Even the booking of campsites is already possible at FreewayCamper. With our individual and high-end products, the development of a strong brand, a smart digital strategy as well as the development and digitalization of further business areas we will revolutionize the camping market.

For this exciting and ambitious goal, we are looking for highly engaged support through an Social Media & Influencer Manager (m/f/d) - remote.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Tasks

• Own social media strategy and manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, )
• Ensure channel growth through paid and non-paid activities
• Create and publish content, and maintain content calendar
• Set up and execute influencer strategy
• Set and track Social Media KPIs for monthly reports
• Analyze the performance of social content and optimize for
  future execution
• Manage production of all social media content
• Knowledgeable of latest social media best practices, technologies and trends
• Understand competitors & analyze marketing trends
• Monitor brand for reputation management

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience with Later or similar platform is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Proficient in content creation tools (such as Canva, Adobe Suite,
  etc) and experience using social media analytics tools
• Passion for content creation, social media, travelling and camping
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's inmarketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or other related disciplines,or equivalent work experience

Plus points if you:

• Have experience with Impact platform
• Have understanding social media regulations among different EU countries
• Love camping, have camped with a campervan before and understand what makes this form of travelling attractive
