Responsibilities

• Reviewing user reports on website content

• Analyzing and categorizing content in alignment with compliance policies

• Making informed decisions and assisting in resolving inquiries based on established policies and procedures by identifying discrepancies

• Utilizing marketspecific expertise and insights to enhance user community support

• Evaluating sensitive content occasionally addressing graphic or distressing subject matter.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Slovenian language at a minimum C1 level and English at a B2 level

• Readiness to work on an 8/7 shift basis (including weekends and occasional night or afternoon shifts) from the office

• Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to quickly grasp new processes concepts and skills and adapt accordingly

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities

• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering work accurately efficiently and to a high standard

• Maintaining a neutral mindset towards alternative video content requiring classification.
