Shop Foreman - Truck

Schedule

Day Shift 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility will be required from time to time to accommodate emergencies and finish work orders on time.

Requirements

• Ensure the shop is run efficiently and safely
  
• 50% shop floor completing diagnostics or electrical troubleshooting.
  
• 50% administrative/managerial duties
  
• Heavy repairs will be left to your team
  
• Inspect repairs and offer advice/corrections
  
• Hire train discipline and terminate staff when required
  
• Assign and close work orders
  
• Handle customer inquiries
  
• Ensure personal and mechanic training is up to date
  
• Assist shop parts and management as required
  
• Implement upper management initiatives
  
• Inventory and regular inspections (vehicles & shop)
