Service Technician

Job Description

The ideal candidate has Commercial Refrigeration Experience (WalkIn Coolers/Freezers ReachIn Coolers/Freezers Ice Machines Parallel Rack Systems etc.) Commercial Kitchen Repair Experience (Gas Ovens Fryers Boilers Dish machines etc.) or preferably a combination of both.

The company is searching for candidates who have experience in Commercial or Residential HVAC service/repair. Please note that all candidates for Service Technician roles should have their Universal EPA license unless they have significant Commercial Kitchen Hotside Repair experience.

Technician Duties:

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking refrigeration warewashing and other specialty food service equipment

• Demonstrate your mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams and schematics

• Properly troubleshoot diagnose and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment including cooking refrigeration warewashing and other specialty food service equipment

• Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification

• Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while onsite

• Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and line with company policy

• Promote and recommend other services provided by the company to customers when needed

• Produce accurate and timely administrative documents such as work orders time reporting receipts and truck stock inventory

• Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures

• Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle along with accurate parts and tool inventory

• Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards

Schedule: Exact hours differ by market 7:00am4:00pm is typical. Rotational oncall every 34 weeks. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary depending on a candidates market.

Technician Pay: $3040/hr ($60000$91000/year) Potential Bonus Dependent on Market
Must have: MINIMUM 5 YEARS HVAC/R EXPERIENCE HOTSIDE PREFERRED**Urgent Need**

Experience Required: The employer is looking for a minimum of 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration appliance repair kitchen equipment Commercial HVAC or relevant military service. EPA and/or CFESA certification preferred.

Must have a valid Drivers License.
