Job Title: Service now Technical Lead

Summary:


Responsible for the design implementation and development of ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM ITAM CSM) collaborating with process owners to enhance core applications and ensure the delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions. The ServiceNow Tech Lead configures and sets up ServiceNow ITSM ITAM ITOM & CSM modules for Prodapt s clients. Provides technical expertise to evaluate impacts and interconnections between structure people process and technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural decisions and reengineer architectures to meet project requirements defining architectural and design solutions aligned with business problems.
  • Design and implement clientfacing solutions leveraging ServiceNow.
  • Ensure performancecompliant and sustainable solution architecture.
  • Implement and integrate enterprise software applications.
  • Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions recommending costeffective options.
  • Propose data model and design changes with latitude in determining assignment objectives.
  • Design ServiceNow data model for process integrations.
  • Support release scheduling and execution product upgrades and new technology deployments.
  • Conduct business analysis and gather requirements.
  • Learn technology quickly and adapt to agile methodologies/tools.
  • Develop handson experience in ServiceNow platform components including CSM ITSM ITOM ITAM.
  • Understand key technologies for building ServiceNow integration solutions.
  • Apply insight into emerging technologies to develop and deliver new digital solutions.
  • Implement Agile and Scrum development approaches.
  • Integrate with thirdparty tools using various methods.
  • Load data into ServiceNow from thirdparty systems.
  • Develop UI scripts UI actions UI policies UI macros business rules and workflows.
  • Administer ServiceNow instances and create technical documentation.
  • Integrate MID Server and implement Discovery & ITAM modules.
  • Reconcile hardware/software assets and install HAM/SAM modules.
  • Apply knowledge of ITIL modules such as Incident Problem Change and Request Fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Customize dashboards and reports based on client requirements.
  • Implement and customize CSM Portal Agent Workspace and Service Portal.
  • Preferably have knowledge of TSM ITOM Event Management Health Log Analytics Metrics Intelligence modules.
  • Experience in deploying packages across test/prod instances.
  • Preferably have ATF experience.
  • Willingness to coach/mentor junior engineers and deliver assigned tasks.
  • Proficient in slide preparation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn new modules in ServiceNow and deliver per project requirements.
