SEO Specialist

Overview: The primary goal of this role is to expand our business presence and generate leads through optimizing our search engine presence. You will manage content creation and ensure it includes frequently searched terms to lift the company within leading search engines. Evaluate any problems that prevent businesses from reaching their full potential when it comes to search engine rank.

Responsibilities:
Enhance our online presence and maximize our search engine rankings to drive traffic and engagement
Create & Manage social media content to increase exposure
Implement SEO and SEM strategies
Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keywordspecific
Assist with website optimizations for better user experience and conversion rate optimization
Manage linkbuilding strategies to enhance domain authority
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases
Optimize website content including metadata headings and onpage elements for improved search engine visibility
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
Implement technical SEO enhancements such as schema markup and site speed optimization
Stay uptodate with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented

Requirements:
BS degree in technology or 1 year previous experience in SEO development
Proven experience as an SEO/SEM specialist or similar role
Expert knowledge of ranking factors search engine algorithms and best practices
Experience with SEO and SEM tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush)
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and proficiency in HTML/CSS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience with CSS HTML and Java
Strong verbal written and presentation skills with the confidence to provide insights and feedback
Effective analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze
