Senior WriterEditor of Patient Content

• Shift: Days 810 hours Monday to Friday 40hrs/week
  
• Work Location: Remote
  

• Writing highquality engaging content that is accurate clear and accessible to patients. This content may include articles blog posts patient education materials FAQs brochures and other written resources covering various health topics and medical conditions.
  
• Reviewing and editing content produced by writers to ensure accuracy consistency readability and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to writers to improve the quality of their work.
  
• Developing and implementing content strategies that align with the organizations goals and priorities. Identifying topics of interest to patients conducting research to gather information and planning the creation and publication of content to meet audience needs.
  
• Overseeing the creation of multimedia content such as videos infographics podcasts and interactive tools to enhance patient engagement and comprehension.
  
• Developing distribution strategies to reach and engage patients across various channels including websites social media platforms email newsletters patient portals and print materials.
  
• Ensuring that all patient content complies with relevant regulatory requirements such as HIPAA regulations and industry standards for health information dissemination.
  
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including healthcare providers patient advocates marketing professionals and IT specialists to coordinate content development review processes and publication schedules.
  
• Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that patient content meets established standards for accuracy relevance accessibility and usability.
  

Requirements

• BA or equivalent required preferably in health sciences or health education
  

• None
  

• Five (5) years professional writing and editing experience
