Plantura is a European flagship for sustainable gardening based in Munich (Germany). Our products are the cornerstone for state-of-the-art garden development and conscious cultivation. With a team of over 100 employees, we walk the talk when it comes to fairness, transparency, diversity, impact and responsibility for our environment.
Our highly motivated tech team of developers, product owners, designers, and QAs is looking for a web developer who has a sweet tooth for delightful ecommerce applications and is experienced with Shopify.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our Shopify-powered Plantura shops across multiple countries and languages we run our own custom Shopify theme and aim to build custom Shopify apps
• Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive UIs and develop UI components that can be used across Plantura s web applications
• Write clean and maintainable code
• Build internal tools to automate tasks and make everyone's lives easier
• Diagnose and fix bugs
• Be ready to learn and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Take up end to end ownership of your results

Unsere Anforderungen

__Your Profile

• Passionate about building maintainable and user-friendly products
• 3 years of experience working as a full stack developer in an ecommerce company using Shopify
• Experience writing clean, testable, and well documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid code
• Experience with cross-browser and device testing
• Experience building Shopify apps
• Experience in backend technologies like node.js is a plus
• Having worked in a remote environment before is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of software design principles
• English working proficiency with strong communication skills
