Senior Team Lead - IT Infra

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Team Lead IT Infra Executive for IT solutions and advertising company. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for Understanding of computer network and hardware architecture. Debugging and troubleshooting the problem. Able to support the hardware team and provide technical support remotely/ online. Responsible for keeping uptime of all respective stations. Able to keep 90% uptime off all stations Ready for traveling in Karnataka.

Job Responsibilities:

• To keep up and running STA System installed at bus stations.
• Responsible for monitoring the Vigil app nonreported advertising and maintaining good Sound level and uptime.
• Responsible for completing DM certificate collection in the given time from Team and Jr. Team leaders Handling New installation of STA bus station system if any.
• Coordinating with Division and Depot for any concern or requirement Handling team members.
• Responsible for providing backend support to team Take followup of the team from 6 am to 10 pm where KSRTC all 110 stations should be working 16 hours.
• Also needs to follow Vigil Mobile app in that he needs to monitor all tabs and make a plan to correct if any station is down Sound issue or any alert open any DM certificates activity assigned.
• Get Team report from 6 am about stations up and down time same way the team plans before 9 am and Share same with DyGM daily basis
• Monitor Team members following the same if visit any station then check station health ads sound level and installed hardware equipment health from the team.
• Follow team complete day and share dayend report to DyGM on a daily basis. As per requirement need to Visit the station with Team members to check findings and make corrective actions and get it done from them within the timeline if any new changes are suggested by the sales team that need to get it done with the electrician.
• Also need to check new installations if any assigned by corporations
• Monthly need to submit announcement report to the KSRTC office. Need to collect DM certificate as and when required monthly Stations Feedback report if any finding written on that then need to take corrective action.
• Quarterly need to take Audio monitor reports from all bus stations from the team.
• Need to provide and when required JV reports Photos and Videos from the Team.

Job Requirement:

• Any Graduate
• 34 years experience in IT hardware and 12 year Team handling
• Prefers Male Candidates with knowledge in Kannada Hindi and English.
• Sound Knowledge in Networking Trouble Shooting Communication Skills Hardware Networking skills Teamwork Leadership Skills.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
