Senior Motion Graphic Designer

• Managing graphic designs & motion graphics from conceptions to delivery.
  
• Develop visually appealing creatives including images videos GIF animations and website graphics.
  
• Execute video editing tasks with precision ensuring seamless transitions effects and storytelling.
  
• Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
  
• Create engaging social media creatives tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  
• Produce highquality Amazon listing visuals that drive sales and enhance product visibility.
  
• Create mood boards and work closely with the product team.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and design.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and project milestones.
  
• Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas to enhance brand identity and marketing strategies.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in motion graphics design or a related role.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly After Effects Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  
• Extensive experience in motion graphics design with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
  
• Advanced knowledge of animation and best practices in the industry.
  
• Expertise in video editing including color grading sound design and visual effects.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixelperfect designs.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively and feedback.
  
• Creative problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  
• Experience working in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  
• The ideal candidate should be able to create a story in 45 seconds.
  
• Bachelors degree or Certification in Graphic Design Motion Graphics Multimedia Design or related field (preferred).
